I'm not a robot;

Your data

So privacy should be a big concern these days. The topic privacy also includes all the data that you, yes you, the user of this website (https://notarobot.cyou) produces which is collected by me, the site owner and maintainer. On this page you will learn more about the data that you share with me, how it is collected and what is done with it.

First of all, this site does not rely on any third party services or technologies, everything works just with plain PHP, HTML and CSS over HTTP(S) no Cookies or JavaScript is used. This means that your data won't be shared with any other persons, companies or organizations other than the website maintainer.

Whenever you access any page on this website you submit a HTTP GET request to my webserver. The webserver responds to this request with the content of the requested page in form of a HTML document. This HTML document contains just text which represents a set of instructions which tell the browser what to put where. Depending on the design of the page, more requests for other ressources (such as Images, Stylesheets or Fonts) will be made. These other ressources will also be hosted by this website. Every time you submit a request to this website the request will be logged by the server. As an example, the log entry of the request for this page will look something like this:
3.14.130.24 [07/05/2024 19:05:49] "GET /?p=privacy HTTP/2.0" 200 400 "" "Mozilla/5.0 AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko; compatible; ClaudeBot/1.0; +claudebot@anthropic.com)"
The content of this line in order:

  1. Your IP - The IP address of your device (if your connection goes over a VPN, PROXY or a TOR node it will be the IP of the exit node/server)
  2. Date & Time - The exact date and time when the request was received by the server
  3. Method - The method of the request / The kind of http request that was made (e.g. GET, POST, PUT, etc., this will be GET for this website)
  4. Resource - The path of the resource that was requested
  5. Protocol - The protocol version that is used (e.g. HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2.0)
  6. Status - The HTTP status code of the response
  7. Size - The size of the response in bytes
  8. Referer - The referer of the request, this is the domain of the site that sent you to this page (might be empty)
  9. User Agent - This is a string submitted by your browser which contains information about the architecture of your device and your browser.

The logged requests are saved to a log file which is kept for up to 1 month and analyzed by the website maintainer for security and performance reasons. The collected data won't be shared with other persons and is not used to identify you but rather as a statistical measure for the usage of this website.
